<p>Very often we skim over whatever is bothering us and move onto something thing else. The fact is though that it is in these moments that we learn, and in these moments that we become aware of what may be holding us back in life.</p>
<p>Next time something comes up take some time to become aware of what is is for a moment and see what you can do to help yourself feel it.</p>
<p>What if we are here for no other reason than to feel that which is hurting in the present moment.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Did you know that peace and joy are always there in your life, but if you can’t feel them at the moment, the chances are that there are painful emotions that are obscuring them and <strong>healing emotions </strong>that are covering over your centre will improve your life beyond measure.</p>
<p>Whether you’re healing anxiety or depression or whatever at the moment, check out some of the ideas on emotional healing below and see if you can learn to apply them in your life to make it better.</p>
<p>1) Emotional healing is in the moment<br />
Although going to see a counsellor can be beneficial so you can get in touch with what you are really feeling, the best time to clear away emotions that are bothering you is in the moment or rather at the moment that they occur. You will probably find that certain things trigger negative emotions in the body and make you feel uncomfortable. The best way to deal with this is to accept the emotional energy rush in the moment and ride it out as best you can. This will dissipate some of its energy and make it easier to handle.</p>
<p>2) Knowing where it all began<br />
When it comes to healing emotions, it can really help to know the origin of where the emotion began. The reason being is that it is a lot easier for the conscious mind to accept painful emotional experiences when it knows that they are coming from the past and are not related to the present moment as much. To this end its worth asking yourself, where did all this emotional pain begin? Or where did it start?. You might find that a thought or image pops into your head as a response. These repressed emotions and memories will make themselves known to us when we are ready, so be patient and take your time.</p>
<p>3) Using alternative therapies<br />
If you are healing emotions at the moment there is a whole variety of alternative remedies that you can use to help yourself in this regard. I personally have used homeopathy, kinesiology, Bach flower remedies and eft to help myself with painful emotional experiences that I was having. At the centre of these therapies is the idea that you have to get to core of what is causing the imbalance and clear it. They can be surprisingly effective when it comes to treating emotional pain.</p>
<p>4) We are all children<br />
Although we may think that we should simply get over it or get on with it, it’s important to remember that we are all children with the face of adults. What I mean by this is that we have all experienced emotional pain and it’s important to gentle with ourselves as we would be with a child. We need holding and nurturing and there is no one better equipped to do this than ourselves. This is the centre of a lot of inner child work and can be used very effectively in our healing work</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Clearing our repressed emotions is probably the most important thing that we can do in our life and that’s why I believe <strong>healing emotions</strong> is the most important activity that we can engage in.</p>
<p>Why is it important you may ask? Well there are couple of reason I could go into to illustrate the point.</p>
<p>First of all if you want to be master of your own destiny it’s vital then you get I touch with and clear these emotions as they will shape your life if you don’t. Carl Jung said that our shadow becomes our destiny unless we heal it (or something along those lines). If you truly want authenticity and to live a whole life it’s vitally important to clear away what is stopping you.</p>
<p>The second reason comes more from a healing/ spiritual point of view and it goes like this. Consider that your purpose in life is simply to heal and clear the negative emotions that you brought into the world or that you incurred during this life time. What if you took physical form just to clear away the hurts and pain that you brought into this life time.</p>
<p>Another good reason for healing emotions and probably the most important as far as I’m concerned is that repressed emotions can cause sickness and ill health in us unless they are left inside unhealed.</p>
<p>The first step to healing these emotions is to become aware of them and you can do it in the following ways.</p>
<p>1)      Writing with your less dominant hand</p>
<p>One way to identify what emotions that might be suppressed in your mind and body is to ask questions by writing a questions with your dominant hand and answering the question by writing with you less dominant hand. The weaker less dominant hand can represent the depressed parts of the sub-conscious that are not seen. This has worked for me in past and was a very effective way of healing emotions. This can work really well for inner child<strong> </strong>healing as well where the less dominant hand can be your child.</p>
<p>2)      Asking yourself the right question</p>
<p>If your in the middle of healing anxiety or another emotional issue at the moment, it’s important to get to the repressed emotions that might be driving the issue. One thing that you can try is to ask yourself is what is the deepest thing that you are feeling at the moment?. Be patient and simply wait for an answer to come. You may not understand why you are feeling that particular emotion but more answers will reveal themselves in time.</p>
<p>3)      What to do when you have found them</p>
<p>This question now begs an answer. What do you do with the repressed emotions once you have actually found them in order to clear them? The first thing to try is to simply accept that the emotion is there and then you could try a simple technique like eft for healing the problem. Simply tap while you are thinking about what is causing the emotion and you will be on your way to healing.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you are in the process of <strong>healing emotions</strong> at the moment you may be wondering how to cope with negative emotions that you feel and how to clear them.</p>
<p>I have been involved in healing my emotions for a number of years and would love to share with you what I have discover that can help in this regard. You’re welcome to check out the following ideas and see if any of it can be of help to you on your journey.</p>
<p>1)      Is it negative or is it just energy?</p>
<p>When dealing with suppressed emotions that keep surfacing in our life at the most awkward times it can really help to view the emotions as energy rather than in a positive or negative format. This can help us better deal the emotions rather than condemning them for being positive or negative. When we start to view our emotions, be they anxiety, or depression as simple energy that arises in our consciousness and then falls away again it can be much easier to heal and come to terms with what is happening for us. When we start to accept things more we will naturally start to clear the emotions that bother us.</p>
<p>2)      Talking to your emotions</p>
<p>If you are healing anxiety, depression or another emotion at the moment, try having a conversation with the emotion and ask it what it wants. By doing so you learn to communicate internally with yourself and find out what’s going on for you. This sounds a bit whacky but it can actually work and does work for me. When you are feeling something uncomfortable, simply close your eyes and ask the emotion what it wants and what you can do to help it. What you will find is that the sub conscious mind kicks in and helps you get an answer about what to do. This is a main technique that I have used for healing emotions.</p>
<p>3)      How to spot the negative emotions you deny in others</p>
<p>If you feel really bad on a day to day basis but you don’t know what negative emotions that you are carrying around, you can find a good clue as to what’s bothering in the people around you. Try looking around at those people that you have a problem with and deciding what it is about those people that you don’t like. The chances are that whatever emotion that they have that you don’t like is simply a reflection of something that you don’t like in yourself. Any exercise like this can really helpful if we are trying to heal depression and are so shut down that you don’t know what you feeling at any one time.</p>
<p>4)      Inner child healing.</p>
<p>If you are healing<strong> </strong>emotions one of the most powerful techniques that you can use to clear what is bothering you is to get in touch with your inner child and find out what they are feeling and what you can do to help them feel better. This is a bit like the dialoguing technique. One method you can try is to place a cousin in a chair and lets it represent your inner child while you are the adult. Try sitting on other chair and being the adult in the conversation.. What you will find is that the child can have its own voice and its own idea of what it needed to heal. Listening carefully to the needs of your child can help you along the road to healing in a major way.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Learning about <strong>healing emotions</strong> can change your life. The reason being is that everything in your life revolves your emotions, every decision you make and everything that you go after.</p>
<p>If your suffering emotionally at the moment, whether you are depressed, anxious, chronically worried, or simply traumatised and suffering in some way emotionally, check out some of the ideas below and see if they can make a difference to your life.</p>
<p>1)      Healing emotions and flowing</p>
<p>Emotions tend to have a flowing quality to them, in they rise up inside of us in response to situation outside or a thought that we have. When you let the energy move inside you, you are effectively healing the energy that is inside of you and heeling the hurt that you feel.</p>
<p>When we feel negative emotions many of tempted to act in some way to help us stop what is happening for us inside. We may lash out at people around us or we may simple distract ourselves. There are a million different ways in which we can distract ourselves from what is going on for us. By simply letting the emotions flow and be inside of you,will be actively healing whatever is happening for.</p>
<p>2)      Accessing repressed emotions<strong>.</strong></p>
<p>Getting in touch with emotions that are suppressed can be real help when it comes to healing emotions that are causing you trouble. The first part of the process however involves getting in touch with the emotions that we have denied and are not letting into to our conscious awareness. One way to identify and access these emotions is to simple feel and not think about the sensations that you feel in your gut. Simply feeling what is there can be enough sometimes for the emotions that you are feeling to pop into your head. You could also ask what the deepest thing is that you are feeling?. This can help you get to the bottom of what is bothering you emotionally. This is the foundation step of healing anxiety and healing depression. Take your time and see what turns up for you.</p>
<p>3)      Emotional freedom technique.</p>
<p>Probably to best techniques that I know out there for healing emotions is eft or emotional freedom technique. This is part of what is known as energy psychology and has worked wonders for many people over the years who are suffering emotionally. The reason I believe   for this is because eft is great for actually clearing the troublesome energy that we feel inside of us when therapy and counselling have failed us. The points for healing can be accessed by looking at any website or any video on u tube. Simply think about what is bothering you while you tap on the points outlined. This also works really well in conjunction with all other types of therapy including normal counselling and things like inner child healing.</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p>4)      Breathing for healing</p>
<p>If you’re tying to heal emotions using your breath there are two possible ways that you can use the breath in my opinion. One way is to simply breath into whatever is bothering you when it comes up. This has the effect of diffusing the emotional response and helping you to stay more present and in control of what is happening. Another way to use the breath to get more control, is to switch your attention to your breath when you feel overwhelmed, this method is used by mediators, where the focus of the breath moving in and out of their nostrils might be the sole point of their attention when they are meditating.</p>
