My story
My name is Peter and way back in 2005 I hit an emotional wall and my life began to fall to pieces. I entered that place that we all fear in life where you think you have lost you mind and there is no going back.
Life became quite unbearable
and it became largely about trying to get through the day. Trying to survive. I was plagued with anxiety, obsession and all the depression that goes along with it.
Over the course of the next 6 years I went on a journey to try to heal myself. You name it and I tried it as I tried everything from anti-depressants to homeopathy. I visited all manor of therapists and tried just about every form of alternative therapy out there.
The journey was very difficult and I found came my selg wanting to give up on more than one occasion but I’m gald to say that I came through it and am feeling a lot better today.
What I want to do now is to share the knowledge that I have gained over the years that can help you to free yourself from whatever emotional issue that you are suffering from at the moment whether it be an anxiety issue like panic attacks or general anxiety or depression.
