Learning about healing emotions can change your life. The reason being is that everything in your life revolves your emotions, every decision you make and everything that you go after.

1) Healing emotions and flowing
Emotions tend to have a flowing quality to them, in they rise up inside of us in response to situation outside or a thought that we have. When you let the energy move inside you, you are effectively healing the energy that is inside of you and heeling the hurt that you feel.
When we feel negative emotions many of tempted to act in some way to help us stop what is happening for us inside. We may lash out at people around us or we may simple distract ourselves. There are a million different ways in which we can distract ourselves from what is going on for us. By simply letting the emotions flow and be inside of you,will be actively healing whatever is happening for.
2) Accessing repressed emotions.
Getting in touch with emotions that are suppressed can be real help when it comes to healing emotions that are causing you trouble. The first part of the process however involves getting in touch with the emotions that we have denied and are not letting into to our conscious awareness. One way to identify and access these emotions is to simple feel and not think about the sensations that you feel in your gut. Simply feeling what is there can be enough sometimes for the emotions that you are feeling to pop into your head. You could also ask what the deepest thing is that you are feeling?. This can help you get to the bottom of what is bothering you emotionally. This is the foundation step of healing anxiety and healing depression. Take your time and see what turns up for you.
3) Emotional freedom technique.
Probably to best techniques that I know out there for healing emotions is eft or emotional freedom technique. This is part of what is known as energy psychology and has worked wonders for many people over the years who are suffering emotionally. The reason I believe for this is because eft is great for actually clearing the troublesome energy that we feel inside of us when therapy and counselling have failed us. The points for healing can be accessed by looking at any website or any video on u tube. Simply think about what is bothering you while you tap on the points outlined. This also works really well in conjunction with all other types of therapy including normal counselling and things like inner child healing.
4) Breathing for healing
If you’re tying to heal emotions using your breath there are two possible ways that you can use the breath in my opinion. One way is to simply breath into whatever is bothering you when it comes up. This has the effect of diffusing the emotional response and helping you to stay more present and in control of what is happening. Another way to use the breath to get more control, is to switch your attention to your breath when you feel overwhelmed, this method is used by mediators, where the focus of the breath moving in and out of their nostrils might be the sole point of their attention when they are meditating.
